5-Minute Cheesy Chili Burritos

The answer to “What to make with leftover chili?” is: THESE! 5-Minute Cheesy Chili Burritos. These are so simple and the best part is that they’re freezable too. Roll up each burrito in plastic wrap and freeze. To defrost, simply unwrap, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and some hot sauce and nuke for 1 minute on each side. Super easy lunch idea and a great way to use up leftover chili.

Kick up the heat: I love hot sauce (or anything spicy really) and my favorite is Frank’s. I love how it tastes mixed with cheddar cheese but feel free to use your own favorite hot sauce.


  • 1. Spoon 1/2 cup of leftover chili onto each tortilla. Fold sides in to form burrito.
  • 2. Top with hot sauce to taste (I love Frank's!).
  • 3. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and microwave for 1 minute. *If reheating a frozen burrito, microwave for one minute, flip, top with hot sauce and cheese then microwave an additional 1 minute.
