Crockpot Pork Roast Au Jus
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 potatoes peeled and sliced
- 3 cups beef broth
- ½ cup red cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh or dried rosemary
Instructions
- Place pork roast*, onions and potatoes in the crockpot. Pour beef broth and wine over top.
- Rub top of roast with salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours or until pork is thoroughly cooked.
