Best Chocolate Zucchini Bread

The best part about this chocolate zucchini bread is that it tastes pretty much like chocolate cake but there’s almost 3 cups of zucchini, wheat flour and healthy coconut oil stashed inside. The crust comes out thin and crunchy with the inside moist and so rich because it’s DOUBLE dark chocolate. Because single chocolate anything is never enough. Quite possibly the best thing about this recipe is the fact that you can eat a boatload of chocolate and feel good about it afterward. At least I do. This stuff is glorious I tell you. Glorious. Zucchini Bread Disposale Loaf Pans


  • 1. In a small bowl, mix together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Add chocolate chips and pecans (optional).
  • 2. In a large bowl, beat together coconut oil, sugar, brown sugar and eggs. Add vanilla and sour cream.
  • 3. Fold in shredded zucchini then pour into greased bread pan.
  • 4. Bake at 350˚ for 50-55 minutes or until just set.
