Crockpot Pork Roast Au Jus

This pork roast au jus is fancy enough to impress dinner guests and easy enough to throw together -on a weekday. You’ll really love how the wine enhances the flavor of this dish. You could also use Vermouth, sherry or Marsala instead of wine for a new flavor.

I love that the potatoes cook right in with the pork and soak in those juices. Just add some roasted vegetables and you have a complete meal.

If you’d prefer a thicker gravy vs. juice then try using this simple recipe to turn the juices into a thick gravy.
