Crockpot Pork Roast Au Jus
- 4 lb pork roast
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 cup water
- ⅓ cup sweet red wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- 2 potatoes peeled and sliced
- Place pork roast and potatoes in crockpot. Pour onion soup mix, water and wine over top.
- Rub top of roast with salt and pepper.
- Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours or until pork is thoroughly cooked.
- Top with fresh parsley before serving.
