Made with strawberry ice cream, banana, yogurt and cream blended and frozen into a homemade pretzel crust. Topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries!
The pretzel crust is really the hero of this dessert. The salt from the pretzels perfectly compliments the sweetness of the pie. Mmmm!
Pretty in Pink
This pie is so easy and so good! But the real reason I can’t get enough of this summery dessert is that it’s just so darn pretty! It would actually be so cute to serve at along with my pink sherbet punch for a baby shower.
Cutting the Pie
To slice the pie once it’s frozen, run a butter knife under hot tap water then dry and slice. It should slide right though!
