INGREDIENTS
Make the bacon lattice as instructed. bake just the lattice at 400˚ until desired crispness is achieved. Set aside.
INSTRUCTIONS
While the bacon is cooking, mix eggs, cheddar cheese, hash browns and half and half. When the bacon is done, remove the 3 separate pieces and chop them into bits. Stir those bits into the egg and hash brown mixture.
Grease a square casserole dish with leftover bacon drippings then pour the egg and hashbrown mixture into the dish. Bake at 350˚for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set in the middle.
SERVE
