White Cake Mix | Nutmeg | Salt Cinnamon | Vegetable Oil Butter | Milk | Eggs EGGNOG FROSTING Butter | Powdered Sugar Eggnog | Bourbon or Brandy Vanilla Extract OPTIONAL Anise Pods | Cinnamon Sticks
Whisk together the dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk and melted butter, stir until combined. Spoon batter into lined cupcake trays.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Carefully remove the cupcakes from the hot pan and let them cool for 10 minutes.
While cupcakes are cooling, blend frosting ingredients together. Then transfer frosting to a piping bag with tip of your choice.
Frost the cupcakes. Garnish with a star anise pod and a cinnamon stick, if desired.
