Chicken Marsala

KEY INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breasts | Olive Oil Oregano | Mushrooms | Flour Butter | Garlic Paste | Marsala Heavy Cream | Salt | Pepper

Season both sides of the chicken with oregano, salt and pepper. Then dredge in flour and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.

DIRECTIONS

Next, cook the mushrooms in butter until softened, then add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the Marsala, then stir in the heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened. Add the chicken back to the skillet and coat with the sauce.

Serve with steamed rice, creamy mashed potatoes or pasta.
