Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl

These chipotle chicken bowls are packed with perfectly seasoned chicken, cilantro-lime rice, black beans, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and creamy avocado. Perfect for a healthy meal.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breasts | Spices Lime Juice | Red Onion Chipotle Peppers In Adobo BURRITO BOWL Black Bean | Corn Romaine Lettuce Sour Cream | Avocado Cheese | Fresh Salsa Chipotle Tabasco Sauce

Use a food processor to blend together the marinade ingredients. Filet the chicken breasts in half and pound flat. then add chicken to marinade.

DIRECTIONS

Marinade chicken at least 1 hour up to overnight. Cook chicken in a skillet in hot oil until done. When done, remove from pan and cover with foil to let rest.

Once rested, slice into strips or bite-sized pieces. For the cilantro lime rice, start with cooked rice and add lime juice and zest, cilantro, oil and salt.

Add ingredients to a  large bowl in sections or layers. Add rice, beans, chicken, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and avocado.
