Chipotle Chicken Tacos

An easy chipotle chicken taco recipe. Seasoned chicken is tucked into soft corn tortillas and topped with shredded Colby jack cheese, chopped cilantro, avocado  and a homemade chipotle sauce.

Diced Chicken Breasts  Chipotle Chili Powder Garlic Powder | Cilantro Corn Tortillas | Avocados Colby Jack Cheese  CHIPOTLE SAUCE Avocado Mayonnaise Sour Cream | Garlic Paste Chipotle Peppers in Adobo  Lime Juice 

In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, avocado oil, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to evenly coat the chicken. Cook chicken until brown.

DIRECTIONS

Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place a spoonful of cooked chipotle chicken on each warmed tortilla. Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, chopped cilantro, and diced avocado.

Serve tacos with the creamy chipotle sauce on the side for drizzling or dipping.
