Citrus Salad

Dress up your dinner table with this simple arugula citrus salad made with goat cheese and homemade blood orange vinaigrette. Perfect for holidays but easy enough for everyday. 


Baby Arugula Blend Red Onion | Blood Orange Mandarin Oranges Pomegranate Arils (seeds) Roasted Salted Pepitas Honey Goat Cheese DRESSING Blood Orange Juice Lemon | Dijon Mustard Honey | Fresh Thyme Leaves

Peel oranges and slice. Thinly slice red onion. Add arugula and spinach to a salad bowl. Layer slices of red onion, blood orange and mandarin orange on top.


Garnish salad with  pomegranate arils, roasted pepitas, and crumbled goat cheese and fresh ground pepper, if desired.

Whisk the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Add fresh thyme leaves. Continue whisking then stream in olive oil until incorporated.

Drizzle dressing over the salad or serve with dressing on the side for guests to add their own desired quantity.
