Ground Beef | Eggs Milk | Italian Bread Crumbs Worcestershire Sauce Green Bell Pepper Onion Powder | Garlic Powder Dried Parsley | Salt Pepper | Ketchup
Knead all ingredients together and form into a loaf or round balls.
Spread a thin layer of ketchup over the top.
Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until meat is brown all the way through. Drain off grease as needed. Serve hot and enjoy.
