This bean dip made with Italian Dressing is full of healthy veggies. Made with black beans, corn, carrots, kidney beans, navy beans, onion, tomatoes, and bell peppers. Serve with chips.
Light Red Kidney Beans Black Beans | Navy Beans Roma Tomatoes | Onion Bell Pepper | Corn | Carrot Powdered Italian Seasoning Oil | Vinegar
Rinse the beans. Wash and chop the Roma tomatoes and bell pepper. Peel and chop the onion and carrot.
In a large bowl toss together beans, tomato, onion, bell peppers, corn and Italian dressing.
TIP: you can use almost any type of canned beans. Just be sure to rinse them well or the dip will come out slimey.
Serve with tortilla chips, on top of a salad or add pasta and extra Italian dressing.
