Creamy Crockpot Tuscan Ravioli

This creamy crockpot Tuscan ravioli dinner is so easy to make and delicious too! Everything cooks in the crockpot. Just 6 ingredients!

Petite diced tomatoes chicken stock cream cheese Italian breakfast sausage frozen or fresh cheese ravioli fresh spinach leaves vermouth (optional)

INGREDIENTS

Add tomatoes and chicken stock to your slow cooker and stir together. Slice cream cheese into small chunks (or use whipped cream cheese) and add to slow cooker. Stir well to blend with other ingredients.

DIRECTIONS

Cut up sausage into bite-size chunks. Place in crockpot. Add frozen ravioli to crockpot, fold in until thoroughly coated with sauce.

If you want to add Vermouth, stir it in at this point. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.

Gently fold in spinach and cook for an additional 10 minutes (or until wilted but still bright green) then serve.
