Fresh Baked Mini Croissants Black Forest Ham Havarti Cheese Fried Egg (Optional)
Slice croissants in half and layer with ham then cheese. Arrange croissant sandwiches on a baking sheet and place on a lower rack in the oven.
Bake at 400˚F until cheese melts and croissants are light golden brown and crispy. You can add a fried egg to make them for breakfast.
This recipe makes a dozen mini sandwiches but you can certainly multiply the recipe easily depending on how many people you're trying to feed.
Looking for more of a lunch sized portion? You can scale these up a size by choosing full sized croissants. You'll just want to double the ham and cheese.
