Hawaiian Shrimp Kabob

How fun are these grilled Hawaiian shrimp kabobs?! You can’t go wrong with a bacon, shrimp and pineapple combination. All topped off with tangy barbecue sauce. YUM! An easy grill recipe for summer.

Bacon Pineapple Rings Grape Tomatoes Shrimp Sweet Vidalia Onion Barbecue Sauce


Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes ahead of time. Grill bacon for about 5-7 minutes. Bacon should be cooked but not crispy.


Remove bacon and set aside. Do not clean bacon grease from grill pan. Cut pineapple rings into 8 pieces. Cut onion into chunks, two layers thick.

Peel shrimp and wrap in bacon. Skewer ingredients, alternating, then grill kabobs over medium heat about 3-5 minutes on each side.

Brush with barbecue sauce and serve hot.
