Restaurant-style hibachi chicken fried rice made right at home. This hibachi recipe is loaded with savory flavors, juicy chicken, fresh veggies, seasoned rice, and a side of tasty yum yum sauce to dip.

Add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to a hot flat top griddle. Once fragrant add in your chicken. Cook chicken until internal temp reaches 165ºF. Remove to a plate, cover with foil to keep warm.
Add all vegetables, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger to the griddle. Toss to combine and saute for 5 minutes until softened, but still have a bite. Cover on plate with the chicken.
To the griddle, add sesame oil, garlic, ginger and rice. Toss to combine and heat through. Create a well in the center and add your two eggs. Break yolks and combine the eggs with the rice. Finish with soy sauce.
Scoop rice onto serving plates then add chicken and vegetables. Drizzle with yum yum sauce or offer it on the side for dipping.
