Butter | Egg Yolks | Lemon Juice | Milk | Cayenne Pepper
Melt butter over medium heat. Add egg yolks, lemon juice, and milk to pot.
Whisk consistently for 3-5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
Consistently keep whisking.
