Butter Chicken is a popular Indian dish. It's made with chicken marinated in a refreshing yogurt dressing and then soaked in a seasoned, creamy tomato sauce. Serve over rice with a side warmed naan to soak up the extra sauce.

OVERNIGHT MARINADE Fenugreek Leaves | Turmeric Garam Masala | Garlic | Ginger Greek Yogurt
SAUCE Green Chili | Cardamom | Sugar Coriander | Tomato Puree Cashew Butter | Heavy Cream
Marinate chicken pieces in lemon juice, chili power and salt, then refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Add the overnight marinade ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Melt butter and cook onion, garlic, and green chili for 30 seconds, then stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, coriander, fenugreek leaves and garam masala.
Add in the chicken with the marinade and cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, stirring continuously.
Once the chicken is thoroughly cooked, stir in tomato puree, chili powder, cashew butter, sugar, salt, and cream and allow to simmer.
Serve over rice with a side of warm naan. Enjoy!
