Diced Ham Tri-Colored Bell Peppers Scallions Pineapple Tidbits Eggs Butter Sesame Oil Cooked Rice
Saute ham, scallion whites, and peppers in a large skillet. Add drained pineapple bits to the skillet and cook with the ham and veggies for about 2 minutes.
Reduce heat and push everything to one side of the pan. Add eggs into the open area and scramble using your utensil. Sir and cook until eggs are no longer wet. Move everything to a large plate.
Add butter and sesame oil and increase heat to medium-high heat. Add cooked rice to the pan. Pour over teriyaki sauce. Stir until rice and sauce are combined.
Add ham, veggies and egg back to the pan and toss until everything is combined. Top with scallion greens and serve!
