These Asian pork and rice bowls come together quickly for a tasty family dinner that's fresh and flavorful. Made with carrots, ground pork, rice, sauce, and topped with crispy onions.
Ground Pork | Garlic Paste Ginger Paste | Sesame Oil Soy Sauce | Carrots Sesame Oil | Limes Jasmine Rice | Mayo Sriracha Sauce | Cilantro Fried Onions Salt | Pepper
In a bowl or jar combine all sauce ingredients for the sriracha mayo. Place in the fridge for later. Cook rice. Fluff and add lime juice, zest, and salt.
Cook pork in a skillet. Once pork is nearly cooked, add garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove pork and set aside.
In the hot skillet, add sesame oil, carrots, salt, and pepper. Saute for 6-7 minutes. Add pork to carrots and stir to reheat for 1-2 minutes.
In serving bowls, layer rice with pork then vegetables. Top with cilantro and fried onions. Add lime wedges to each bowl.
