Strawberry Spinach Salad with Maple Glazed Pecans

This strawberry spinach salad with maple glazed pecans is so good you’ll wonder… is this even a salad?

Spinach Leaves  Fresh Strawberries Red Onion Feta Cheese Brown Sugar Butter  Maple Syrup Pecans DRESSING Apple Cider Vinegar Maple Syrup Lemon Juice Salt And Pepper

INGREDIENTS

Divide spinach, strawberries, red onion and feta into two serving bowls.

In a microwaveable bowl, add brown sugar, butter and maple syrup.  Microwave for about 1 minute. Carefully remove from microwave and stir until sugar is dissolved.

Coat pecans in the maple-butter mixture, then set aside to cool and harden.  While they cool, prepare dressing by adding ingredients to a small mason jar with a lid and shake.

Place cooled pecans on top of each salad, drizzle with dressing and serve.
