Hawaiian Shrimp Kabob
How fun are these grilled Hawaiian kabobs?! You can’t go wrong with a bacon, shrimp and pineapple combination. All topped off with tangy barbecue sauce. YUM! An easy grill recipe for summer.

bacon
1-2
pineapple rings
(canned or fresh)

grape tomatoes

raw shrimp

sweet vidalia onion
barbecue sauce
to taste
Instructions
Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes ahead of time (if you don't they'll likely burn).
Grill bacon at 400˚ for about 5-7 minutes using the gill pan. Bacon should be cooked but not crispy.
Remove bacon and set aside. Do not clean bacon grease from grill pan.
Cut pineapple rings into 8 pieces.
Cut onion into chunks, two layers thick.
Peel shrimp and wrap in bacon.
Skewer ingredients, alternating. See photos!
Place kabobs on greased grill pan and grill over medium heat until shrimp is cooked through, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
Brush with barbecue sauce and serve hot.
