raw pumpkin seeds

tablespoon
butter
melted

teaspoon
garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
cayenne pepper
¼
teaspoon
salt

tablespoon
Sriracha sauce
aka Rooster Sauce
Optional: ½ teaspoon honey
for a hint of sweetness
Instructions
Thoroughly rinse pumpkin seeds and pat dry with paper towel.
Add garlic powder, cayenne pepper, Sriracha sauce and salt to melted butter.
Add pumpkin seed to butter mixture and toss to coat.
Spread out on a baking sheet.
Bake at 250˚ for 1 hour or longer to desired crispiness.
