pizza crust

tablespoon
butter
3
eggs
Hot pepper rings to taste
fresh or pickled

cup
mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400˚
Spread butter over crust and place on baking sheet. Bake for 3 minutes or until butter has crisped the crust. Remove from oven.
Sprinkle crust with mozzarella cheese and add hot pepper rings. Crack 3 eggs over top, careful to not break the yolks.
Return to oven. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes or until egg whites have full cooked.
