An easy, no-cook dip recipe served with chips. This popular appetizer is made with salsa, spinach and cream cheese. Just 6 ingredient and takes 5 minutes to make!
Add spinach, salsa, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic and green onions to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours then serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
Cover with plastic before chilling in fridge.Use a colander or strainer to thaw frozen spinach and press or squeeze excess water.Add salt and pepper if desired.
