milk

Italian bread crumbs

worcestershire sauce

diced green bell pepper
OR 4 oz can green chilis (adds mild spice)

onion powder
OR use ¼ cup diced onion

teaspoon
garlic poweder

tablespoon
dried parsley

tablespoon
ketchup
Instructions
Knead all ingredients together and form into a loaf.
Spread a thin layer of ketchup over top.
Cover & bake at 350˚ for 1 hour or until meat is brown all the way through. Drain off grease as needed.
