These are the best of both worlds - thick like pancakes, but creamy like crepes. No fluffy pancakes here! Give these a try and I bet your kids will beg for more.

all-purpose flour

baking powder

salt

white sugar

buttermilk
or milk

vanilla extract
Extras: Chocolate chips, sprinkles, whipped cream and syrup

butter
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix together then add remaining ingredients.
Spoon batter into butter-greased flat pan over medium heat. Add chocolate chips and sprinkles then flip. Cook each side until golden brown.
Top with whipped cream and syrup and enjoy!
