Adobo Steak Fajitas

Smokey and flavorful steak along with bell peppers and onions are wrapped in a warm tortilla and served with toppings of your choice. These steak fajitas are easy to make on busy nights

KEY INGREDIENTS

Green & Red Bell Peppers Onion | Avocado Oil Sirloin | Salt Pepper In Adobo Sauce Flour Tortillas | Fajita Seasoning OPTIONAL TOPPINGS Lime | Cilantro Sour Cream | Pico De Gallo Mexican Blend Cheese

In a bowl, toss peppers and onions with oil, and salt into a bowl. Cook veggies in the air fryer or on a baking sheet in the oven. When done set aside and cover to keep warm.

DIRECTIONS

Add steak and adobo pepper to a bowl. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Add oil and toss to coat. Cook the seasoned beef in the air fryer or oven.

While steak is cooking,  heat tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or until just lightly  warmed. Fill each tortilla with vegetables and steak.

Add any toppings desired. Serve warm with rice and refried beans for a full meal.
