Amish Beef and  Noodle Casserole

Ground Beef | Onion Garlic Paste | Sour Cream Cream of Mushroom Soup Cream of Celery Soup Milk | Thyme Wide Egg Noodles Frozen Peas | Cheddar Cheese

Prepare egg noodles, drain and set aside. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

DIRECTIONS

Drain excess fat; add garlic and cook an additional one minute. In a large bowl, whisk together the soups, sour cream, milk, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Add cooked egg noodles, ground beef mixture, and frozen peas to the sauce. Stir to combine. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish, and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375°F, or until casserole is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted.
