Thick Cut Bacon Eggs Cheddar Cheese Hash Browns Half And Half Salt And Pepper Green Onions
Lay 3 pieces of bacon on a lined baking sheet for later use. Make the bacon lattice using 8 pieces of bacon, click below for instructions. Bake the bacon pieces and the lattice for about 15-20 minutes.
Mix eggs, cheese, hash browns, and half and half together. Season with salt and pepper. Microwave frozen hash browns at one-minute intervals until they are room temperature.
When bacon is done cooking, remove the 3 separate pieces and chop them into bits. Stir those bits into the egg and hash brown mixture and pour into a prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set in the middle. Carefully slide the lattice onto the top of the egg casserole and garnish with sliced green onions.
