Take-out style Chinese Beef and Broccoli stir-fry is easy to make at home. This quick recipe incorporates strips of lean flank steak, healthy broccoli and plenty of delicious sauce.
Broccoli | Flank Steak FOR THE SAUCE Beef Stock | Soy Sauce Honey | Sesame Seed Oil Cornstarch | Garlic Paste Ginger Paste | Oyster Sauce FOR SERVING Green Onions Toasted Sesame Seeds Cooked White Rice
Sauté broccoli for 9-12 minutes or until tender, but still crisp. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Cook steak in same pan until all sides are browned.
Transfer beef to the plate with broccoli. Add sauce ingredients to the pan and stir until combined and thick. This will take 1 to 2 minutes.
Add broccoli and beef back to the saute pan once sauce has thickened. Toss to coat steak and broccoli in sauce then remove from heat.
Top with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over warm cooked rice.
