HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

Broccoli Ham

Ham and chopped broccoli are baked into this delicious cheesy hash brown casserole. It's a great way to use up leftover ham or to make ahead for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. Freezer friendly. Just pop it in the oven and bake!

Frozen Hash Browns Cream Of Onion Soup Sour Cream Celery Salt Garlic Powder White Pepper Diced Ham Fresh Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Butter

INGREDIENTS

In a very large bowl, add cream of onion soup, sour cream, celery salt, garlic powder, and white pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Add hash browns, diced ham, chopped broccoli, and 1/2 the cheddar cheese to creamy mixture.  Fold to combine then  transfer to a 9×13" baking dish, greased with butter.

Bake at 325˚ for 30 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle on remaining cup of cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered for an  additional 10-15 minutes or until center of casserole is hot and cheese is melted.

Garnish with fresh parsley or chives. If freezing, cover with greased foil. Add 30-40 minutes to bake time and leave covered for first 60 minutes of baking.
