Delicious and super easy cinnamon bread! Two marbled loaves, made with yellow cake mix, cinnamon and brown sugar topped with icing. Weekend breakfast goals!
Yellow Or White Cake Mix Eggs | Cinnamon Softened Butter | Sugar Brown Sugar | Milk Dash Of Salt | Nutmeg ICING Powdered Sugar Milk | Vanilla
Beat cake mix, eggs, milk and butter using a hand mixer for 2 minutes. Add a layer of batter to two greased loaf pans, just enough to cover the bottom of the pan.
Combine sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon until blended. Spoon a layer of cinnamon sugar on top of the batter in each loaf pan. Repeat layers until batter and cinnamon sugar is used up.
Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. In a small bowl mix together icing ingredients using a fork, until smooth.
When loaf is done, let cool for 5-10 minutes then top with icing if desired. Slice and serve warm!
