For those who love their morning coffee… this chocolate almond biscotti is going to take your enjoyment to new heights.
Butter | Honey Vanilla Extract | Eggs Flour | Salt Baking Powder | Chia Seeds Slivered Almonds Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips
Cream the honey, butter and vanilla together and beat in the eggs. In a separate bowl, stir together the dry ingredients with a fork. Slowly add into the honey-butter mixture to form dough.
Form a long, flat, rectangular loaf that's about ½" tall, 5" long and maybe about a foot long. Lay it on a prepared baking sheet. Bake at 325˚F for 35 minutes.
Let cool for about 15-20 minutes then using a serrated knife, gently slice into slices all the way down the length of the loaf. Place slices back onto the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes on each side.
Ice with chocolate-honey icing and serve warm or let chocolate harden and then store for later!
