HAM & CHEESE CROISSANT SANDWICH MELTS
Made with black forest ham, melty Havarti cheese, bakery-fresh croissants and an optional egg, these sandwiches make a super tasty and easy breakfast or brunch
Black Forest Ham
Slice croissants in half and layer with ham then cheese.
Arrange croissant sandwiches on a baking sheet and place on a lower rack in the oven.
Bake at 400˚F for 7-10 minutes or until cheese melts and croissants are light golden brown and crispy.
You can add some protein for a more filling and breakfast-like sandwich by simply adding an egg. You could add a fried egg, poached egg, or really any type of egg you like that will sit well on a sandwich.
