Heat crockpot to high. Add honey, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, and garlic and whisk together in a bowl or you can do this directly in the crockpot.
You can double the sauce if you want extra. Add frozen meatballs to sauce and cover. Cook for 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low or until sauce is bubbling.
Spoon meatballs and sauce over warm, cooked rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
