Korean Chicken Skewers

These Korean-style chicken skewers are made with marinated chicken, grilled and brushed with delicious Gochujang sauce. This easy recipe comes together using just 8 main ingredients plus garnishes.


Chicken Breast | Garlic Paste Chili Paste | Honey Rice Vinegar | Ginger Paste Soy Sauce | Sesame Oil GARNISH Green Onions | Sesame Seeds SIDES  Cooked White Rice Steamed Broccoli 

In a large bowl, combine the marinade ingredients. Put  half the sauce in the refrigerator. Add chicken breast cubes to the remaining half and refrigerate for one hour to overnight.


Soak the skewers for 30 minutes. Make your skewers by placing the marinated chicken cubes onto each skewer, about 4-5 cubes per skewer, loosely touching.

Place skewers on grill cooking for 5-7 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 165ºF. Brush chicken skewers generously with heated marinade sauce.

Serve skewers hot with cooked white rice and steamed broccoli. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
