Pineapple Banana Smoothie

To freeze your banana, first peel it. Then cut it into 6-8 pieces and freeze for at least 3-4 hours. Bananas can be frozen for up to 6 months.

DIRECTIONS

First add frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, coconut milk and juice to the blender. The liquids will help get the puree process started.

Blend until smooth. Pulse as needed and use a utensil in between pulsing to dislodge pieces that may get stuck.
