This quick and easy dinner combines two classic favorites, pizza and macaroni and cheese. Baked like a casserole in a cast iron skillet. Top with mini pepperoni or anything you'd put on a pizza!
Box Mac and Cheese Butter Milk Rao's Pizza Sauce Shredded Italian Cheeses Mini Pepperonis Fresh Parsley
Using a large cast iron skillet, prepare macaroni and cheese according to package instructions for al dente. Boil, drain and return pasta to the skillet.
Add butter, milk and cheese, stir to combine. Stir in pizza sauce and top with a layer of shredded cheese. Then layer on mini pepperonis and/or other toppings as desired.
Bake at 425˚ until the mozzarella cheese is completely melted. Spoon onto a plate, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
This dish is meant to eat like a pizza. So go ahead and swap out the pepperonis for anything you prefer to put on your macaroni and cheese pizza.
