Rotisserie Chicken Salad with Cranberries

You’re going to love this rotisserie chicken salad made with cranberries and walnuts! This is a Waldorf inspired chicken salad.

Rotisserie Chicken Mayonaisse or Greek Yogurt Dijon Mustard Chopped Walnuts Craisins Celery Salt And Pepper

INGREDIENTS

Pick and shred rotisserie chicken. Stir in Greek yogurt, dijon mustard, craisins, celery, walnuts and salt & pepper. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to up to 5 days.

Try it served on a croissant. You can choose a large croissant and make it a meal. Or smaller croissants for more of an appetizer. Perfect for brunch menu for  baby and bridal showers.

Add a scoop of this cranberry walnut chicken salad on top of your typical leafy green salad for a punch of protein and flavor or make it into a lettuce wrap for a handheld meal.

Or use any flavor tortilla to make it into a wrap. It could even be a low-carb meal with a low-carb tortilla.
