SEAFOOD STUFFING CASSEROLE

This is my grandma's seafood stuffing   casserole. I love the fun flavors and it brings back so many memories. I hope it makes memories for your holiday gatherings!

Crab Meat | Baby Shrimp Clams | Cooked Crawfish Tails Celery | Onion Clam Juice | Heavy Cream Water Chestnuts | Minced Garlic Unseasoned Stuffing | Butter Lemon Wedges | Old Bay Seasoning Optional: Splash Of White Wine

INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl, mix together seafood, celery, water chestnuts, onion, clam juice and heavy cream. Slowly add in minced garlic while stirring. Add wine if desired.

DIRECTIONS

In a separate bowl, toss the cubed stuffing in melted butter. Combine 3/4 of the stuffing with the seafood mixture.

Transfer seafood stuffing mixture to a greased 2 quart casserole dish and top with remaining stuffing.

Bake at 350˚ for 35 minutes or until center of casserole is steamy when poked. Serve warm with lemon wedges and Old Bay Seasoning. Add salt and white pepper to taste.
