Sesame Noodles with Carrots

These sesame noodles are served cold. Made without peanuts. Just noodles, carrots, green onion, and a light and tasty sesame-ginger Asian dressing. Easy to make and perfect for  lunches or as a summer side dish.

Asian Noodles or Spaghetti Carrots  Ginger Paste Garlic Paste Soy Sauce  Sesame Oil Vegetable Oil Rice Vinegar  Vegetable Bullion  Sesame Seeds  Green Onions


Cook noodles according to package then drain. Spiralize carrots or you can peel and shred a fresh carrot.


Add noodles and carrots to a large bowl. Add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, bullion, toasted sesame seeds, and black pepper.

Toss everything together. Top with green onions and serve this sesame noodle salad cold.

This dish doesn't look like a fancy one, but it's full of simple Asian flavor.
