This easy stir fry is on the table in less than 30 minutes. Made with plump shrimp, crisp veggies, and lo mein noodles coated with a salty-sweet, garlic-ginger sauce. Low-calorie, high protein meal!
Oil | Raw Shrimp Broccoli Florets Red Pepper | Carrot Lo Mein Egg Noodles SAUCE Soy Sauce | Sesame OIl Garlic Paste | Ginger Paste Brown Sugar | Cornstarch
Boil lo mein noodles and cook according to package instructions until about 1 minute shy of al dente. Drain the noodles and set aside. Whisk together sauce ingredients.
Season thawed shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp until fully cooked through. Remove the shrimp from pan and set aside. Add vegetables and stir fry until tender-crisp.
Return shrimp to the pan. Stir sauce into the pan. Cook stirring frequently, until the sauce is slightly thickened. Add cooked noodles and toss until noodles are coated with sauce.
Garnish lo mein with green onions and a pinch of red pepper flakes, if desired. Serve immediately.
