Cooked Shrimp Cucumbers Avocado Edamame Black Sesame Seeds Sushi Rice
Prepare sushi rice. Place one cup of rice each, into two serving bowls. Add one half cup shrimp to each bowl.
Peel and cut cucumber. Divide cucumber slices and put half in each bowl.
Add one-fourth cup prepared edamame to each bowl. Peel and seed avocado. Dice into small chunks, divide and put half into each bowl. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
Right before serving, top shrimp with Rice Krispies if desired for tempura-like crunch.
Serve with wasabi and soy sauce. I like to mix the two together and pour over top.
