Instant Dry Yeast | Flour Baking Soda | Egg | Sugar Salt | Unsalted Butter
TOPPINGS Coarse Salt or Cinnamon
Whisk warm water, yeast, salt and sugar together. Then slowly add in the flour and mix until a dough ball forms.
Let the dough rise until doubled in size. Divide into 6 balls and roll into ropes, then cut into 1" pieces and place on a prepared baking tray.
Bring water and baking soda to a bubbling simmer and boil the pretzel bites for about 30 seconds. Then brush with egg wash and bake until golden brown.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with either coarse sea salt or cinnamon sugar.
