Spicy Jalapeño Mule Mocktail

This Spicy Jalapeño Mule Mocktail recipe is made with ginger beer, lime juice, agave nectar and fresh sliced jalapeno peppers. Delicious and alcohol free!

Ginger Beer Lemon  Agave Nectar Jalapeño Pepper Crushed Ice

INGREDIENTS

Fill a copper mug or lowball cocktail glass full with crushed ice.

Add ginger beer, lemon juice, agave nectar and jalapeño slices to glass. Give it a gentle swirl and serve.

If you want to add alcohol, I’d recommend adding vodka in place of ginger beer.  You can add extra agave nectar to sweeten this as a cocktail if you feel it needs it.

This spicy mule is such a pretty drink with the green of the jalapeño and lime, bubbles from the ginger beer and a hint of golden brown from the agave nectar.  I like to serve it in a lowball glass, otherwise known as a rocks glass.
