Start by cooking the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Set the dutch oven to medium-high heat and cook the ground beef, diced bell peppers and onion. Then add in the garlic paste.
Next, stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, sugar and salt, then add in the cooked pasta.
Serve with optional toppings such as grated Parmesan, olives or red pepper flakes.
