This Brownie Batter Dip is a crowd favorite. Made with brownie mix, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Served with cookies, pretzels, strawberries and topped with chocolate chips. No cooking required!
Brownie Mix | Cream Cheese Vanilla Extract Cocoa Powder | Cool Whip FOR GARNISH Chocolate Chips FOR SERVING Pretzels | Oreos | Wafers Chocolate Chip Cookies Fresh Strawberries
Add dry brownie mix to a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between until hot. Set aside to cool.
Add softened cream cheese and vanilla extract to another larger bowl. Beat on high until smooth. Add brownie mix and cocoa powder to the cream cheese.
Beat on a low speed to combine, before increasing to a high speed for 1 minute or until thick and fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip gently until just combined.
Spoon dip into a serving bowl and top with chocolate chips or other garnish as desired.
