Brownie Batter Dip

Ingredients
- 16 oz brownie mix
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 8 oz Cool Whip or whipped cream
For Garnish
- ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)
For Serving
- pretzels, Oreos, wafers, chocolate chip cookies, fresh strawberries

Instructions
- Add dry brownie mix to a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, for 1 ½ - 2 minutes or until hot. Set aside to cool.
- Add softened cream cheese and vanilla extract to another larger bowl. Beat using an electric mixer on high for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
- Add brownie mix and cocoa powder to the cream cheese. Beat on a low speed to combine, before increasing to a high speed for 1 minute or until thick and fluffy.
- Fold in Cool Whip gently with a spatula until just combined.
- Spoon dip into a serving bowl and top with chocolate chips or other garnish as desired.

- It’s important to gently fold the whipped topping through this dip to avoid losing the airiness of the whipped topping.
